Did your credit card expire or did your credit card provider change and you have now a new card?

Whatever the reason is, you need to update your credit card in your Nexus app to be able to make your subscription payment and making sure your service won't be interrupted.

Please sign in to your Nexus app!

Click on billing on the left hand side of your screen as below and update your card following the 4 steps as shown below.
