Unfortunately, there is always a chance that you will come across an error.

When you come across the following error while processing payments through WorldPay,


 

All you need to do is making sure that you have entered the correct username and password in your Infusionsoft app. Make sure your correct credentials will not be replaced by "Last Pass" or similar applications.
